The SCGRS Technological is committed to doing work in an honest way everywhere. Our Code of Conduct is our guide. It tells the team what they are expected to do, encourages them to make moral decisions, and shows them how to spot possible wrongdoing. Even though it doesn't cover every possible situation, it's meant to give our team the information and tools they need to make the best choice. When it's not clear what the best thing to do is right away, it will point to the right resources and policies. The Code specifies how to address queries and concerns when a team comes across misconduct.
The team at the SCGRS Technological is encouraged to voice their concerns and report possible wrongdoing. The SCGRS Technological fosters a culture where everyone on the team feels comfortable speaking up and offers a variety of helpful internal resources to the team in addition to the SCGRS Technological Ethics Helpline, which offers 24/7 Web and telephone reporting channels. Every concern is duly evaluated in accordance with SCGRS Technological policy.
A group of the SCGRS Technological team members known as Ethics Champions has been designated as the local office's eyes and ears for the Ethics and Compliance division. At each SCGRS Technological location, there is at least one Ethics Champion who can answer questions about compliance, give advice on SCGRS Technological policies or the Code of Conduct, and help with ethics and compliance training projects. Ethics Champions are chosen based on how much they care about being honest, their reputation at work, and their ability to be fair and objective.
The SCGRS Technological is committed to open and honest communication, and we keep our customers regularly updated on the company's goals, decisions, and priorities. On our website, anyone can find our code of conduct, as well as our annual report, and presentations. Our team is kept up to date through constant communication from managers, in-person team meetings and local meetings, our intranet portal, and electronic newsletters and memos.

The SCGRS Technological has created an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program to find, evaluate, track, and share the SCGRS Technological 's strategic, operational, financial, compliance, legal, and reputational risks. The SCGRS Technological also conducts thorough risk assessments of internal controls. The ERM program then combines this input to create a dynamic register of risks, which provides enterprise-wide insight into individual risks and the net risk that SCGRS Technological faces.
The SCGRS Technological works all over the world and follows all laws about how our goods, services, and technology can be imported (if any) and exported (if any). As an Egypt-based business, we follow all of Egypt's trade and economic rules. To do this, SCGRS Technological is committed to giving its team the training, direction, support, and tools they need to follow SCGRS Technological 's rules as well as any laws and regulations that apply.
